JOB DUTIES: LEAD AND DELIVER LARGE SCALE DESIGN PROJECTS IN STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT FOR ENTERPRISE AGILITY TO ENSURE CONSISTENT AND OPTIMAL USER EXPERIENCE, DEMONSTRATING PROFICIENCY IN FIGMA, ADOBE CLOUD SUITE, ACCESSIBILITY PRACTICES AND KNOWLEDGE OF WCAG GUIDELINES, AND COMPANY TOOLS. CRAFT COMPLEX INTERACTIONS AND SOLUTIONS THAT IMPROVE THE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE FOR ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS APPLYING FAMILIARITY WITH AGILE METHODOLOGIES SUCH AS SAFE, DISCIPLINED AGILE DELIVERY (DAD), LARGE-SCALE SCRUM (LESS), SCRUM@SCALE, SPOTIFY, LEAN STARTUP, AGILE AS SCALE; SCRUM; KANBAN; LEAN, OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS GOAL SETTING FRAMEWORK (OKRS), LEAN PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND VALUE STREAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT. DRIVE USER ADOPTION FROM CONCEPT THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION. DRIVE ALL COMPONENTS OF THE DESIGN PROCESS, INCLUDING USER EXPERIENCE, USER INTERFACE, VISUAL DESIGN, CUSTOMER RESEARCH, IDEATION, PROTOTYPING, CONCEPTUAL MODELING, TESTING, AND VALIDATION OF THE PRODUCT. DESIGN JOURNEYS FOR AN ESTABLISHED ENTERPRISE PRODUCT, ENSURING SHIPPING THOUGHTFUL, HIGH-QUALITY FEATURES AND EXPERIENCES. CONDUCT BOTH GENERATIVE AND EVALUATIVE RESEARCH BY REGULARLY MEETING AND INTERVIEWING ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS, AND TRANSLATING THEIR FEEDBACK INTO ACTIONABLE DESIGN INPUTS, DEMONSTRATING STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND STORYTELLING SKILLS. PRODUCE AND CONTINUOUSLY ITERATE ON USER FLOWS, HIGH-FIDELITY VISUALS, AND PROTOTYPES IN A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION ENVIRONMENT TO VALIDATE ASSUMPTIONS AND GOALS. CHAMPION STANDARDS AND OPTIMAL DESIGN PRACTICES ADHERING TO ATLASSIAN'S DESIGN SYSTEM. LEAD PROJECTS AND DRIVE ALIGNMENT UPWARDS AND HORIZONTALLY ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION BY PRODUCING VISUAL, AUDIOVISUAL, AND WRITTEN ASSETS AND PROTOTYPES, AS WELL AS RELATED MARKETING MATERIALS. CRAFT COMPELLING UX CONTENT THAT APPEALS TO CONSUMERS IN THE ENTERPRISE AGILITY SECTOR AND ENSURE IT IS CURRENT WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS. LEAD AND FACILITATE CROSS-CRAFT TEAMS COMPOSED OF RESEARCHES, CONTENT DESIGNERS, PRODUCT DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS, PRODUCT MANAGERS, ACCOUNT MANAGERS, MARKETING EXPERTS, AND ANALYSTS. COLLABORATE WITH EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP, OTHER DESIGNERS, AND LEADERS OF VARIOUS DESIGN AND CROSS-CRAFT TEAMS ACROSS THE COMPANY DEMONSTRATING STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND STORYTELLING SKILLS. MENTOR OTHER TEAM MEMBERS AND PARTICIPATE IN THE RECRUITMENT OF NEW ONES.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN, VISUAL/GRAPHIC DESIGN, HUMAN COMPUTER INTERACTION, VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD PLUS 6 YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE PROFESSIONAL PROGRESSIVE PROFESSIONAL UX/PRODUCT/SERVICE DESIGN EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING EXPERIENCE DESIGNING FOR COMPLEX OR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL SOFTWARE, EXPERIENCE SHOWCASING END-TO-END DESIGN PROCESS ACROSS MULTIPLE ENTERPRISE PROJECTS, FROM INTERACTION AND VISUAL DESIGN ARTIFACTS, MULTIPLE ITERATIONS, TO HIGH-FIDELITY PROTOTYPES, EXPERIENCE CONNECTING WORK WITH OTHER RELATED INITIATIVES ACROSS THE COMPANY WHILE DRIVING COLLABORATION, EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE AND TECH, EXPERIENCE DEMONSTRATING PROFICIENCY IN FIGMA AND TOOLS, ADOBE CLOUD SUITE, ACCESSIBILITY PRACTICES AND KNOWLEDGE OF WCAG GUIDELINES AND FAMILIARITY WITH AGILE METHODOLOGIES, SUCH AS SAFE, DISCIPLINED AGILE DELIVERY (DAD), LARGE-SCALE SCRUM (LESS), SCRUM@SCALE, SPOTIFY, LEAN STARTUP, AGILE AS SCALE; SCRUM; KANBAN; LEAN, OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS GOAL SETTING FRAMEWORK (OKRS), LEAN PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND VALUE STREAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT; 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A SENIOR PRODUCT OR UX DESIGNER LEADING PROJECTS AND MENTORING TEAM MEMBERS.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: UP TO 20% DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR OFFSITES, CONFERENCES AND CLIENT VISITS.
OFFERED WAGE: $193,190 TO $251,600 PER YEAR
