Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES:      IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ATLASSIAN ENTERPRISE SALES TEAM, RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SALES ENGAGEMENTS. UTILIZE PRE-SALES EXPERIENCE TO UNCOVER CUSTOMER BUSINESS NEEDS BY ASSISTING THEM TO QUALIFY AND ADOPT JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION NEEDS. ASSESS CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AND PAIN POINTS AND MAP CLIENT BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO ATLASSIAN CAPABILITIES. APPLY DISCOVERY-DRIVEN CONSULTATIVE APPROACH TO HELP UNLOCK CUSTOMER CHALLENGES AND CHAMPION NEW WAYS OF WORKING THAT GUIDE TEAMS TOWARD ADOPTING IMPROVED SUPPORT PRACTICES. UTILIZE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA OF PRE-SALES & IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT TO DELIVER VALUE THROUGH PRESCRIPTIVE INSIGHTS AND METHODOLOGIES. DEVELOP, CONFIGURE AND DELIVER DEEPLY COMPELLING DEMOS AND PRESENTATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS, CLEARLY COMMUNICATING THE VALUE AND DIFFERENTIATION OF ATLASSIAN WHILE SHOWING HOW THE COMPANY UNLOCKS LATENT BUSINESS VALUE AND BETTER WAYS OF WORKING FOR TEAMS. SUPPORT CHANNEL PARTNERS THROUGH VARIOUS STAGES OF THE PRE-SALES PROCESS BY PROVIDING TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP THAT HELPS PARTNERS EFFECTIVELY REACH NEW CUSTOMERS WITH ATLASSIAN SOLUTIONS. REPRESENT ATLASSIAN AT CONFERENCES, PARTNER TRAINING, AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY OF KNOWLEDGE SUCH AS WHITE PAPERS, ANALYST BRIEFINGS OR BLOG POSTS. USE FAMILIARITY WITH OPENAI LLMS AND OPEN-SOURCE, SELF-HOSTED LLMS, INCLUDING LLAMA3, MIXTRAL, AND PHI-3. USE EXPERTISE IN ASSET DISCOVERY AND DEPENDENCY MAPPING, ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT, JSON, PYTHON, JAVA SCRIPTING, REST AND RESTFUL APIS, OAUTH, SSO, TLS AND SSL. SERVE AS AN ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, DEV OPS, AGILE, SCRUM, CI/CD PLATFORM PRODUCT EXPERT DURING THE PRE-SALES PROCESS.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:            BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:            7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PARTNERING WITH THE SALES TEAM AND PARTICIPATE IN CUSTOMER DISCOVERY MEETINGS TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER'S CURRENT STATE, WHAT BUSINESS PROBLEMS THEY WANT TO SOLVE, AND RELATE TO ITSM AND/OR HCM PRODUCTS, PLATFORMS AND SOLUTIONS TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS GOALS INCLUDING 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH OPENAI LLMS AND OPENSOURCE, SELF-HOSTED LLMS, INCLUDING LLAMA3, MIXTRAL, AND PHI-3; IN ASSET DISCOVERY AND DEPENDENCY MAPPING, ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT, JSON, PYTHON, JAVA SCRIPTING, REST AND RESTFUL APIS, OAUTH, SSO, TLS AND SSL INCLUDING 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, DEV OPS, AGILE, SCRUM, CI/CD PLATFORM PRODUCT EXPERT DURING THE PRE-SALES PROCESS.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:           MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:           20% DOMESTIC TRAVEL AND 5% INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.

OFFERED WAGE:           $171,995.00 PER YEAR
