Job Duties: Leverage strong data acumen to support a strategic, mission-critical cloud migration
initiative. Collect and integrate data from multiple sources, including relational databases, spreadsheets,
APIs, and third-party platforms. Perform exploratory data analysis on large-scale datasets using advanced
SQL to extract, filter, and retrieve relevant information. Analyze, manipulate, and clean data using Excel
or Python to identify discrepancies, resolve data quality issues, and improve data reliability. Investigate
data anomalies and missing results, identify and resolve errors in data processing and visualization, and
document implemented technical solutions. Drive analytical efforts by identifying business gaps, drafting
clear problem statements, testing hypotheses, conducting root cause analyses, and developing scalable
analytical solutions that support transformative changes across cross-functional initiatives. Apply
statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and regression to recognize patterns and predict business
outcomes. Visualize data insights using tools such as Tableau or Excel to communicate findings and
trends clearly. Design and deliver self-service analytics solutions, including dashboards and automated
reports, enabling business users to access actionable metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather
requirements such as data sources, refresh frequency, and desired output formats. Define key
performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives, and present data-driven
recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Deliver concise written and verbal updates
summarizing analytical outcomes, methodologies, and business implications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master’s degree in Business Analytics or Analytics Engineering.
Must have (5) five years of experience in SQL programming and working with relational databases (e.g.,
Redshift, Databricks, PostgreSQL) for large-scale data querying, transformation, and analysis and in
designing and implementing end-to-end ETL pipelines using tools such as Airflow, or custom SQL-based
workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, and validation;
Must have (5) five years of experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Tableau, or
Power BI, including building interactive dashboards and defining key business KPIs to monitor
performance and trends and in data analytics and statistical analysis, including cohort analysis, A/B
testing, hypothesis testing, and regression modeling to support business decisions;
Must have (5) five years of experience working with cloud-based data platforms utilizing knowledge of
data modeling and data warehousing concepts, including schemas and dimensional modeling to support
scalable analytical environments;
Must have (5) five years experience working with large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets,
applying data cleaning, transformation, and integration techniques and implementing data quality checks,
monitoring data consistency, and ensuring high-integrity analytics through validations;
Must have five (5) years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and
business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics and deliver actionable insights and
with programming languages used for analytics such as Python or SQL, including exploratory data
analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass technical interview.
Offered Wage: $194,834.00 to $224,834 per year.
