Responsibilities

Job Duties: Work closely with customer service and velocity sales teams to identify and implement Artificial Intelligence
(AI) solutions and automation into existing workflows to drive efficiency, applying analytical and data-driven approaches to
finding solutions. Drive strategy, vision, and roadmap for automation and AI solutions in Sales and Support processes and
align them with company goals and objectives, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data. Partner with internal
technology teams to support and deliver new capabilities and system improvements that increase the efficiency and
effectiveness of our Sales and Support teams. Create product specifications that clearly identify problems, opportunities,
goals, metrics, use cases, and product requirements that help design and engineering teams develop solutions and measure
success. Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and iterate on features to improve usability, functionality, and
overall user satisfaction. Act as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and AI applications, related to sales
processes, tools, and applications, and support the evaluation of new vendors/tools. Represent Sales and work with IT to
provide feedback from the field. Actively research and experiment with new technology in the emerging AI application space
and identify and test AI innovations in the company’s existing tool stack. Build and maintain strong relationships with
collaborators and executive management, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes. Participate in building
business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities. Work with stakeholders and vendors to help
identify new use cases and areas to expand the usage of existing tools like Salesforce, Intercom, etc. Demonstrate a quick
understanding of systems and technical concepts and an ability to lead high-level processes, tools and AI- related
conversations. Work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a
distributed remote and global organization. Effectively communicate roadmap updates to a wide stakeholder audience.
Adopt a metrics-guided approach using data to frame, inform, and guide the prioritization and decision-making process, to
manage the health of assigned projects through delivery, and to assess the success and impact.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study.
Must have six (6) years of progressive product management experience, including experience building and developing
automation and AI tools, such as UiPath, Workato, and Camunda, for marketing, sales, and support organizations in SaaS
companies to improve efficiency.
Must have six (6) years of experience leading sales or customer support related tools and systems for internal sales
strategy/ops/support organizations.
Must have six (6) years of experience delivering projects using LLM models.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass technical interview.
Offered Wage: $213,512 - $229,125 per year
