Responsibilities

Job Duties: Lead the development of metrics to track partner satisfaction and initiative performance with Atlassian globally, integrating quantitative and qualitative business intelligence to generate insightful reports and fortify strategic projects, ensuring data-driven insights drive decision-making and project success in Channel globally. Lead the acceleration of the Partner Experience roadmap prioritization by delivering the different transformational projects, while simultaneously driving increased adoption of tools and resources for Partners to enhance cloud revenue through strategic onboarding and support team initiatives. Manage the end-to-end enhancement of Partner Satisfaction by establishing a comprehensive Partner Experience Survey Operating Model and Roadmap, including managing actions which come out of the survey iterations, improving the quality of survey questions, reducing their number, and creating a robust feedback loop between internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment. Lead the articulation and presentation of complex concepts and programs to diverse audiences and senior leaders, fostering understanding and engagement. Drive effective communication strategies within a distributed agile team environment to ensure clarity and alignment across all levels. Manage and support transformational projects pertaining to research, program development, and partner journey initiatives. When necessary, provide white glove support in sales efforts for designated accounts. Serve as the Global Chair for Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Atlassian, to lead the facilitation of monthly global community meetings and drive the mission statement, purpose, and activities of the ERG to promote inclusion and diversity within the organization. Define and oversee partner processes, update and standardize procedures, and identify gaps to establish best practices effectively, ensuring the optimization of operational efficiency and the enhancement of collaboration with partners. Enhance the efficiency, well-being, and overall success of the broader team and organization.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (*will accept 3 or 4-year degree).

 

Must have five (5) years of experience in data analytics/program management;

 

Must have five (5) years of experience with quantitative/qualitative research and documentation;

 

Must have five (5) years of experience with SaaS business models and performance metrics like OKRs, KPIs, Pipeline, and SQLs;

 

Must have five (5) years of demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Tableau, experience translating data-driven insights into recommended actions; and

 

Must have five (5) years of experience with the inner workings of a channel sales organization.
